The ‘Cayman’ SmartScreen is named after the tropical, pristine Cayman Islands in the Caribbean Sea. It’s modern, organic look suits the New Zealand design aesthetic exceptionally well. It served the practical function of 75% sun and privacy block-out rating. This design works well inside a modern home with causal or eclectic decor.

Yes, SmartScreens can be easily cut with any timber saw.

Where can SmartScreens be used?

SmartScreens are able to be used both indoors and outdoors. SmartScreen have a 10 year warranty against splitting, rotting and cracking, but must be installed 100mm above ground and not be in contact with ground water.

What are SmartScreens made from?

SmartScreens are made from sustainable reconstructed Australian Hardwood, 97% timber and 3% natural wax.

Can SmartScreens be painted or stained?

SmartScreen Natural can be painted to a colour of your choice.  Cedar panels can be recoated with any oil based decking stain.
